All Mediations is private mediation service based in Adelaide and offering services Australia wide.

We can conduct mediations in person and online using a variety of software platforms inlcuding Zoom and MS Teams.

All Mediations can assist parties to a dispute or disagreement across a wide range of issues including:

Please note, in family law parenting matters, we are unable to issue a s60I certificate which requires parties to attempt family dispute resolution before commencing family law parenting proceedings. However, we can still conduct parenting mediations where matters are already before the court.

Meet Adam…

Adam Hay is the Principal of All Mediations.

Adam is an experienced accredited mediator with a diverse career background as a barrister & solicitor, tribunal registrar, pharmacist, senior government lawyer, and Executive Level officer in several large Australian Public Service agencies.

Adam was a District Registrar of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and conducted conciliations in the General and Other Divisions. He has experience convening more than 250 ADR proceedings in Commonwealth workers’ compensation, child support, family assistance, paid parental leave, social security, student assistance, taxation, veterans’ entitlements, freedom of information, the National Disability Insurance Scheme, citizenship, passports, higher education and registered training organisations.

Adam now practices as Counsel at the Independent Bar in South Australia. He practices at 3 Shell Chambers in the areas of worker’s compensation, family law, administrative law and merits review, and civil litigation.
